RATES

The unit is always excluding the use of water and electricity.


Prices for apartement per night excluding tourist tax, reservation fees and cleaning cost
 
Tourist tax 7% of the rental amount.

Cleaning fee: € 55 studio and apartments

Booking fee: € 20

Deposit is € 250.00  Long rental on request.

Prices in ANG and dollars at conversion rate of the day.

Rates

CONDITIONS BOOKING

After filling out the registration form, we will send you an invoice for the deposit.

After receiving your payment, we will send you a confirmation, after which your booking is final.

The final invoice you receive from us, you will need to pay 6 weeks before your departure, after which you will receive the final confirmation from us and information about your arrival.


Cancellation policy: If cancelled up to 6 weeks before departure will void the deposit. Canceling within 6 weeks is no longer possible.
Therefore, we strongly advise you to buy a cancellation insurance.
